This was such a great service to use!!! Steven and Maria were wonderful to communicate with. The people who stopped by to clean worked very hard for almost 7 hours straight and I didn't even see them eat, so I felt horrible when I couldn't tip them on the spot! I work from home and they cleaned around me the entire time doing a wonderful job and always staying friendly and working very hard. They did a wonderful job especially given I had not done spring cleaning maybe 2 years and I could see all the things they had to throw out at the end of the day! At first when I was signing up for this there was a little bit of sticker shock and I thought it was kind of expensive but very glad I did this because it was totally worth it my apartment looks and smells better than it has in the last 2 years!!!!! ~ Steven L

CRAZYCLEAN AWESOME ! After way too many Covid months working from home I was in desperate need of having my Home Office Deep Cleaned.. A business associate gave me the heads up about a new cleaning service that he recently used called ,”CrazyClean”. I liked the name!!! So I booked an appointment to have my home office deep cleaned and the rest of my home given a general cleaning & tidy up. What a Great Experience. The CrazyClean Team (Maria & Lisa) showed up at the appointed time, we confirmed details of their Work Order and they jumped into action. The team worked fast and meticulously. I was so impressed with the quality and professional job they did on my Home that I booked a new appointment 2 weeks from now. I called Crazy Clean and spoke to Maria the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and she arranged an AMAZING team of 4 to come to my house the WEDNESDAY before Thanksgiving (Yes the day before) to help me with YEARS of dust and smut!!! I cannot tell you how incredible their service was. Not only is my place finally clean but they did some interior decorating for me since I don't have a creative bone in my body. Orquídea and her team (4 people altogether) were so profesional and simply AMAZING!!!! I couldn't be happier. Going forward I will ask for their services as gifts!!! Crazy clean was referred to us by our insurance company after the flood which was a rough experience for a lot of us on the island after Ida hit. This company made our basement look good as when it was first remodeled. They properly sealed all the gaps in the molding that allowed water to pass under the walls and treated the walls for mold. They cleaned everything from top to bottom even totally straightened out the things in my fridge after totally wiping and cleaning it out. Reorganized the things on my desk and tabletops. The furnature I moved to allow then access to the walls were all placed back in their original position which was quite a pleasant surprise since I assumed I would have to move them back in place. The work that was done in our home was phenomenal and I would recommend this company to ANYONE who ever needs any type of cleaning or recovery work done to their. Thank you for everything. Steve and Maria are absolutely amazing. The receptionist was very thorough in her questions to see what I needed done. An invoice ticket was made before hand and I knew the price on spot. My apartment needed a very deep cleaning and let me tell you the cleaning team got every corner. Steve is a joy to do business with, he's very down to Earth and works with you. We had to get a family member’s very dirty house deep-cleaned before putting it up for sale, and we wanted it done as soon as possible. Crazy Clean NYC answered the phone at 7am and was able to fit us in for the next day. The cleaning crew arrived 15 minutes early and were set up and ready to begin right on schedule. I hired this service to clean parts of the house that we are moving in to. The previous owners left it in horrible condition. The kitchen especially was filthy. The three ladies came on time and were very thorough. They took apart the fridge and cleaned out so much mold. They scrubbed all the appliances and the oil stained wall behind the stove. They spent a lot of time making sure things were clean and livable. The job took longer than expected because there was just so much to clean. Definitely recommend their services. You know sometimes when you get people to come out and clean they aren't very detailed oriented and don't do such a good job, well that wouldn't be these guys, Steve helped me out cleaning up after our new construction house flooded due to poor construction him and his team got in every corner lifted things up moved them out of the way to clean and get it together for us before the holidays can't thank them enough very professional I just wish they had thier water damage certification so they could've done the whole thing ~ Doug G

I want to thank maria from crazy clean for the amazing job. Her company was referred to me by a friend, who told me that their company specializes in deep cleanings. What an amazing team! Maria is super helpful and friendly. My other cleaning service canceled on me and Maria and her team were able to come clean my house within an hour of my call! They were incredibly thourough. We did a walk through together and discussed the plan for a few minutes highlighting the spaces that needed deeper cleaning and they did not disappoint! Communication was top notch. The cleaning was very thorough. When it came to the kitchen, I did not even know they cleaned the back side of the stove and oven. The fridge was also cleaned throughly. The bathroom was dirty, but they also did a great job with the clean. I keep my apartment clean, and I am glad that Crazy Clean helped take the workload for a stress free move!
